Who Uses IlmQuest

IlmQuest is a school platform used by schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Schools control the educational records they enter into IlmQuest. IlmQuest processes that data to provide school operations, academic tracking, reports, billing workflows, communications, and related support.

Information Processed

Depending on a school's configuration, IlmQuest may process names, login identifiers, role, school affiliation, class assignments, attendance, grades, report content, Hifz progress, mission activity, parent-child links, messages, notifications, uploaded images or evidence files, billing records, payment status, and audit logs.

Student and Parent Data

Student data is handled as school-controlled educational data. Parent access is intended to be limited to linked children. Teacher and administrator access is intended to be limited by role and school context.

Payments

IlmQuest integrates with payment providers such as Stripe for hosted payment collection. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider's hosted pages and are not intended to be stored directly by IlmQuest.

Uploads and Communications

Schools and users may upload images or mission evidence and may exchange messages or notifications through the platform. Uploads are processed through configured storage providers and are associated with the relevant school context.

Security and Access Controls

IlmQuest uses authentication, role authorization, tenant scoping, CSRF protection, session security, audit logs, and payment webhook verification. No software system can guarantee absolute security, so production use also requires operational monitoring, backups, and incident response procedures.

Data Retention and Deletion

Schools should define retention rules for student, parent, attendance, report, billing, and communication records. Account deletion and school offboarding requests must be reviewed to avoid accidental loss of required school records, payment records, or audit logs.
