Use of the Platform
IlmQuest is provided to schools and authorized school communities for educational administration, reporting, communication, billing workflows, and related operations. Users must access only accounts and records they are authorized to use.
School Responsibility
Each school is responsible for the accuracy of records it enters, the users it invites, the parent-child links it configures, and the policies it applies to student records, communications, billing, retention, and offboarding.
Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. IlmQuest may restrict or suspend access when required for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, or operational safety.
Payments
Where enabled, payment collection is processed through configured third-party providers. Schools remain responsible for communicating tuition, billing, refund, and collection policies to families.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to access another school, family, student, or staff account without authorization.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unrelated content.
- Do not interfere with platform security, billing reconciliation, audit logs, or tenant isolation controls.
Availability and Changes
IlmQuest should be operated with monitoring, backups, incident response, and rollback procedures before public use. Features may change as the platform is hardened and scaled.
Account Deletion and Records
Deletion requests may require school review because student records, payment records, reports, and audit logs may need to be retained for legal, educational, or operational reasons.
